Engineer Charge Point Management Solutions (a*)

You position our Charge Point Management System eRound Mobility in the market – with a clear focus on customer benefits, network compatibility and growth. You enter our B2B customers, develop existing customer relationships and support them with technical topics. You are responsible for reliable sales and customer business operations by supporting administrative, process and commercial topics structured, forward-looking and service-oriented. You translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into understandable, measurable customer benefits and actively introduce market and customer feedback into the eRound Mobility product roadmap. You work closely with product management, IT, networking, and other internal stakeholders and ensure that customer requirements and product development are met. You represent eRound Mobility and our company in customer and partner rounds, specialist events and networks and supports marketing and communication measures (e.g. presentations, white papers, reference stories). You represent eRound Mobility and our company in relevant bodies and working groups (e.g. City of Hamburg, Associations, Professional bodies) and actively contributes our perspective on energy and mobility.

You have completed your studies, for example in industrial engineering, in the energy industry, BWL with technical focus, electrical engineering. You bring multi-year professional experience in the fields of energy, mobility, charging infrastructure or energy systems – ideally also in customer or partner management. With MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, you’ll be sure to go around; you’ll also bring good English skills. You can quickly penetrate complex technical and regulatory issues and translate them into clear, convincing customer benefits. You think strategically, identify market and business potentials potential and work structured as well as results-oriented. You communicate and present safely, move confidently in exchange with different stakeholders and bring joy in negotiations and relationship design. Team skills, interdisciplinary work and resilience characterize you.
