Production manager on shift (m/f/d)

As a production manager on layer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the production processes in your area and work closely with other departments. You ensure the qualification and further development of employees in your team and guide all shift workers for four production lines. You are responsible for plant availability, optimal production performance and reporting, especially in the area of loss management. You ensure efficient and timely production. You monitor personnel use and compliance with product quality and implement quality, quantity and production targets and key figures. You prepare the production key figures of the last 24 hours for the early meeting meeting and share the resulting improvement measures. You ensure compliance with work safety and hygiene standards.

Complete technical training, ideally as an industrial master or technician or equivalent training. Multiannual experience in a comparable position, preferably in a production company. Detectable leadership experience of at least 5 years. Good knowledge of MS-Office and goods management systems. Analytical and structured thinking and working methods. Basic knowledge in lean management methods and shopfloor management. Sovereign, result-oriented and enforceable leadership style, adapted to the respective situation. You are a driver and motivator in cross-departmental change and improvement processes with project responsibility. Embossed communicative skills and team spirit. Ready for shift and weekend work in 3/4 shift operation.
