Pedagogical Specialist (w/m/d)

in part-time 30 hours, weekly, limited until 30.06.2030

The plus-point of life aid Gießen is an inclusive meeting place in the middle of the city. Here people work together with and without support needs, advise customers, sell handmade products and create an open place of encounter. The plus-point is an inclusive offer of the day-care facility in the middle of Gießen. The aim is to provide eight people with a high level of support for new fields of life and learning so that they can develop well in social life. You bring:

· A completed training as a curative caregiver, educator, health caregiver, or comparable degree.

· Desirable experience with people with high support needs

· Willingness to reflect on your own work

· A high level of team capability

· The ability to act independently and flexibly

· Funded IT skills in MS Office applications

· Driving class B

Your tasks include:

· Support and support of personality development

· Planning, organisation and documentation of educational and nursing measures

· Conflict and reflection of the joint work in the team

· Acquisition of representations at all locations of the day-care facility
