Team Leader Production – Food

With us approx. 1.8 billion liters of milk processed on our process plants.

For our further growth, we are looking for you as a team leader for milk drying tower production – food.

Staff management and development: leadership of a team of about 20 employees, including layer planning, coaching and further development. Production control: ensuring a smooth production process in the 24/7 layer system while maintaining quality, hygiene and safety standards. Process optimization and continuous improvement: application of APS / TPM / Lean and Six-Sigma methods for increasing efficiency, reducing product losses and improving plant usage. International cooperation: Exchange with colleagues from other Arla locations on best practices, technical solutions and process innovations. Interface management: Close cooperation with technology, quality assurance, logistics and other departments to optimize the entire value chain.

Experience in production: Ideally first leadership experience in a producing company, ideally in the food or process industry. Guide strength: You can motivate, develop a team and also provide smooth processes in a layer system. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma or other optimization methods are a plus. Technical understanding: You have a good sense of production processes, machines and quality requirements. International Openness: You appreciate the professional exchange with international colleagues and can safely communicate in English. Hands-on mentality: You pack things, drive improvements actively and keep an overview in stressful situations.
