Trainee Private Banking (Pforzheim)

With your skills, you actively contribute and take progressive responsibility for exciting tasks such as systematic, holistic and efficient consulting of the BW-Bank/LBBW's range of services and the support of our customers in private banking. You focus on the speech activities on potential customers and redeemers using all available channels as well as the complex advice of these customers. From active market processing and dedicated new customer acquisition to the development of asset structure recommendations/active depot management - no day is like the other. You transfer customers from the analogue to the digital world, drive active customer communication via digital media, and integrate specialist consultants in a targeted and demand-driven manner. You increase market penetration and revenue according to agreed quantitative and qualitative objectives. You are responsible for the implementation of comprehensive expert and object-oriented advice in all fields of benefit, including credit, using all available consulting tools and compliance with quality aspects (such as documentation and WpHG). Our team enriches your experiences and fresh ideas. You appreciate the exchange with others and make a knowledge transfer within the LBBW. So we create new things together and you can further develop.

A degree in economics (Bachelor/Master) or a bank-sales training with professional higher education (bank-sector), which must be completed until the start of the trainee program, form the basis for your entry. You have knowledge of the relevant active and passive products as well as the safe handling of new, digital functionalities and media. You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. With your pleasure in expanding customer connections, you work customer-oriented and service-ready. The acquisition of new customers is a motivating challenge for you. You communicate safely at all levels, convince with your communication and negotiation skills and perform well-integrated and competently. You have German language skills of at least Level C1. With your curiosity and your creative thinking, you want to evolve and bring the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics. A strong team capacity and high readiness to learn/change complete your profile.
