Business Development & Innovation: Systematic market and competition monitoring, identification of White-Spaces for sales and supply potentials, definition of new, market-oriented service concepts (MVP to scaling) in cooperation with operations, product management and marketing. Key account excellence: building resilient relationships with the sales services (sales executives), orchestrating complex offers (including international delivery), active cross/upsells. Leadership & Enablement: Head of an interdisciplinary (Sales/BD) team, Coaching, Recruiting, Capability Building (Value Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC or the like). Performance and financial management: target system (OKR/KPI), sales and margin targets, Funnel conversion, quote-Hit rate, Churn/Retention, Forecast Accuracy. Cooperation & Governance: Close cooperation with BL-Guitung, Operations, Legal/Compliance (e.g. Offer and Contract Directives) and global units.
