(Junior) Dental Practice Manager (m/f/d)

These are we:We are a family practice with two treating dentists in which a collegial team and teamwork are raised. We cover the entire spectrum of dentistry. The work is fully digital, we work with the most modern dental technology and applications such as e.g. digital anamnese. We offer flexible working time models, both full-time and part-time. In our fully digitized practice, you as a practice manager contribute significantly to the organization, development and success of everyday practice. Together with our dental management team and the management team, you will ensure a smooth process – professional, human and organizational. Tasks: • Central contact person for practical management • Self-organization and coordination of practice • Continuous optimization of the practice processes • Support for all employees during the integration and individual training • Interface between practical staff, dental management and other internal departments and external contact persons • Quality and hygiene management • Working at the reception, if necessary, to ensure a smooth practice

Qualification: • Relevant professional experience in practical management or comparable function • Ideally a training in the field of practical or health management • Hands-on mentality and joy in actively shaping everyday practice • Structured and organised working methods • Communication strength and friendly and sensitive appearance • Safe handling of digital tools and practical software
