Vivantes Wenckebach-Klinikum is an acute and accident clinic in the south of Berlin with the occupant areas of internal medicine – cardiology and intensive care, internal medicine – geriatrics (center of age medicine), anesthesia, surgical intensive care and pain therapy, gastroenterology and interdisciplinary endoscopy, general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery and orthopaedics (endoprothetics). What's StäB? The station-equivalent treatment (StäB) is a relatively new treatment for mentally ill people in crises. It takes place predominantly in the usual environment of life, i.e. in the context of daily home visits by a multi-professional team of doctors / doctors, health caregivers, psychologists, social workers and other professional groups.
