The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. (Entgeltgruppe 6 TVöD Bund, ID: KOVA1200 06, Stellen‐ID: 1285261) The setting is terminated. On behalf of the Bundeswehr, the BImA is responsible for the legal guarantee of the interconnection system, which supplies large military tanks and airfields with fuel throughout Germany. A team at Trier's headquarters in Koblenz is centrally responsible for the entire federal territory. The tasks range from the negotiations with the property owners to the funeral contracts, to the actual safeguarding of the management rights until full re-establishment after the elimination of military use.

As an employee, you work at the relevant level in the procurement, administration and reprocessing of oil pipeline rights for NATO pipelines. This includes the search and procurement of cataster documents, schedules and basic book extracts (in electronic procedures only). An essential part of your tasks is to document and maintain property and contract data and to digitize documents. This is supported by a Geoinformation System (AED-SICAD LM based on ArcGIS).

Qualification: Completed vocational training for/for administrative staff (examination I), for/for lawyers and notaries a commercial vocational training, preferably a merchant for office management or a comparable qualification. Competences: Secure handling of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office) Willingness to acquire expertise in the short term and to engage in facts Knowledge of property and property law is desirable Knowledge of the use of geo-information systems is desirable Other: Good oral and written expressiveness, ability to clearly portray links Self-employed and careful working methods, reliability, good understanding of figures Teamability, resilience, initiative and flexibility driving licence class B/3 Willingness to (e.g. multi-day) missions and training Ready to run a service car
