Head of Technology Major Projects and Maintenance (m/f/d)

As Head of Technology (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of our real estate portfolio. With your strategic view and technical expertise, you can design investment and maintenance processes, drive value-enhancing measures and ensure the technical sustainability of our objects. You lead our technical competence teams and take over the direct leadership responsibility for two executives in your area. You report directly to the COO and act as a central technical contact in the company. You are responsible for the overall technical management of our real estate portfolio with a focus on value-generating measures in asset management. You plan, control and implement major projects as well as extensive maintenance, modernization and revitalization measures. You create meaningful reports, track business plans with regard to costs, dates and qualities. You develop multiannual investment and maintenance strategies and continue to pursue them. You evaluate technical measures economically – including life cycle considerations and cost-effectiveness analyses. You accompany transactions (Technical Due Diligence in Sales and Sales) and derive policy and investment-relevant recommendations / plans. You control external project controllers, planners and experts across all project phases. You ensure compliance with all legal and technical requirements and are responsible for overriding operator obligations. You prepare decision-relevant technical documents for management and for investor bodies structured.

You have multi-year, successful leadership experience in the real estate industry and the ability to develop teams in a targeted manner. You have a degree, preferably technical (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction, technical facility management, MBA) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in technical asset management or in the control of complex construction and/or Real estate projects with. You have proven expertise in the planning and implementation of large-scale maintenance, modernization or revitalization projects of real estate. You have a very good economic understanding and evaluate investments in terms of return, life cycle and economy. You convince by communication strength, strategic thinking and strong decision-making competence. You work structured, entrepreneurial and with high earnings orientation.
