Working student in the HR environment (W/M/D) Work students, parttime · Hannover

As part of our team, you will work with a variety of topics and tasks related to the distribution of HR consulting solutions as well as complex, strategic personnel conversion and reduction projects, giving you a comprehensive insight into our exciting consulting business. Support for sales in day-to-day operations, e.g. in the production and processing of presentations and offers for internal and external purposes. Cooperation in the preparation and preparation of nationwide tenders and formatting of contracts in cooperation with our bid manager. Continuous maintenance and updating of (customer) data in our CRM system (Salesforce). Participation in customer events, workshops and events incl. appointment planning, invitation management and preparation. Supporting our clients, customers and our team as the first contact person on site as well as managing the telephone center. Support for projects in regional and regional areas.

You are a enrolled student or student (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) interested in a (special) university and in a long-term cooperation. You ideally have first practical experiences from internships or side jobs. You have very good knowledge of German and good English and are convinced by your linguistic and communicative way. You have well-founded MS Office user knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and can handle databases and online media. You work independently and reliably.
