Technical management and contact person for the team of payment accounting

Interface to the Payroll Head for the various company locations

Implementation of full pay and salary accounting for a defined group of employees (approximately 400 - 500 employees)

Management of all fee-relevant master and movement data as well as control and voting of the booking lists

Responsibility for reporting and certification as well as communication with authorities, health insurance companies and other external bodies

Monitoring and preparation of relevant documents

independent processing of error lists and execution of corrections in compliance with defined test routines

Maintenance of digital personal files and production of reports and serial letters

clarification of billing-relevant questions of employees

Takeover of special tasks and participation in projects in their own sphere of responsibility

Completed commercial training with a personal economic focus or a comparable additional qualification

Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting

Funded and up-to-date knowledge in pay tax, social security and collective bargaining

First experience in the leadership of employees is desirable

High IT affinity as well as safe handling of MS Office products, knowledge in LOGA are advantageous

A high degree of self-organization, integrity and discretion

Impressed service orientation and high quality awareness

Strong team and communication skills
