Your work as a specialist for craft enterprises:

• Communication with customers and suppliers by e-mail and telephone
• appointments with customers
• Takeover of the telephone center
• Ordering office supplies, construction cars, containers etc.
• Acquisition of offers and services for subcontractors
• Offer and invoice
• Checking input invoices
• Monitoring of tendering portals
• General administrative support of construction managers
• Documentation and storage

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned areas (ideally in the construction industry/in crafts)
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• Ideal knowledge in the WinWorker program (not necessarily required)
• independent and solution-oriented work
• Professional and reliable
