About the trainee program: We offer a trainee job at Uniper with a fixed basis in the team of Internal Audit. This 18 to 24 month program is your start to a deep understanding of Uniper's business and the developing energy industry. At Uniper you learn as well as grow and work with experts from different areas. You have the opportunity to introduce your ideas, to work on projects and to shape your career in a supporting environment. You work with experts from different areas at Uniper, bring your ideas into action and work on your own projects. You can gain international experience through an optional internship abroad. You'll get into our active Azubi community, get a lot of training and development opportunities and connect with the Azubi community. Your career path at Uniper will be as unique as you yourself, with opportunities that match your interests and strengths.

• The program starts with a 6-month internship in the internal revision. Following this, you can rotate flexibly according to your individual career path and interests at Uniper

• In your main unit, the internal audit, you get to know our business by participating in audits. You help identify effective improvements and bring your skills and curiosity into researching innovative solutions in data analysis, automation and AI

• After your first internship, you change between different departments and adapt your path to your career goals

• Create your individual trainee plan under the guidance of a dedicated mentor who supports you personally and professionally

• A completed study of business management, the (economic) engineer, economics, law, data science, or a related subject, and first practical experience through internships and/or student work activities, ideally including intercultural experience

• Motivation in dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the company and in a diverse team with colleagues from different professional backgrounds

• Communication skills and the ability to network between different stakeholders, coupled with analytical skills

• Flowing English skills are required, German is advantageous
