Cloud Security Engineer - On-Site (m/f/d)

You develop production-ready cloud infrastructures and rely on Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, OpenTofu or Terragrunt. Over IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments, you build cloud landscapes and run them on at least one hyperscaler such as GCP, AWS or Azure. Site Reliability Engineering brings you specifically into our environment – with observability, SLOs, incident response and automation. On Kubernetes you can safely and stable workloads. With languages like Python, Go or Rust, you develop solutions that actively move infrastructure and introduce engineering to clickops. When you build our central security monitoring infrastructure, you can move from log-aggregation to detection engineering, create powerful and secure cloud network architectures and drive automation and developer experience.

You have experience in designing and operating cloud infrastructure and feel safe in more complex environments. With at least one major hyperscaler such as GCP, AWS or Azure, you are sure to go around and understand not only individual services, but also their interaction in architecture. Infrastructure as Code is familiar to you; especially with Terraform you bring practical experience. Knowledge of OpenTofu or Terragrunt is a plus. Kubernetes is familiar to you – from deployments to networking and security policies to the Lifecycle Cluster. You have already worked practically with Python, Go or Rust. Monitoring, Alerting, Incident Management and Automation are not strange to you. Ideally, you also have contact points with Security Operations, Threat Hunting, Central Security Monitoring, Supply Chain Security, Cloud Networking & Security or GitOps and CI/CD Security. You communicate safely and accurately in German – in writing and oral. You can also move in English safely in your professional environment.
