Financial/Balance Sheet Accountant (m/f/d)

Our client is a dynamically growing renewable energy company focusing on the development, planning and operation of photovoltaic outdoor systems. From a small project, the company has developed into an established actor in a few years, and is now implementing a variety of demanding energy projects. With the aim of sustainable and regional energy supply, our client makes an active contribution to the energy transition. The company combines technical know-how with economic expertise and is increasingly focusing on the development of internal competencies.

In order to further strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a full-time financial/balance sheet account holder (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which takes on a central role in accounting and actively contributes to the further development of existing structures. In perspective, there is the possibility to assume a small leadership responsibility and to further expand the team. In this versatile position, depending on your experience profile, you take over operational and/or financially reliable tasks in accounting: Own processing of current financial accounting Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Analysis of balance sheets and economic indicators Cooperation with external tax consultants and gradual adoption of the topics in-house Interface function for project financing and support in financing-related issues Development and structuring of processes in a growing project environment Optional: Acquisition of professional responsibility and perspective management tasks

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies Multiannual professional experience in financial or accounting (ideally 3–5 years or more) Advantages of further training on account holder (IHK) Finded knowledge of HGB accounting, tax knowledge is a plus Structured and independent operation and interest in process optimization Team skills and communication strength in a dynamic environment Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
