In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers from the dual university “Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen” in Wetzlar will teach you theoretical expertise while collecting your practical experience in the company. You accompany product and system solutions to achieve climate protection goals and to promote digitalization, electrification and measures of the energy transition. Working on future topics, such as the development of a competitive product program, taking into account customer requirements and clear unique features in heating and ventilation technology. Immerse yourself in the world of technical sales and experience customer service from close proximity. With us you will gain insights into the cooperation with technology experts, the project business and the field service. From the start, you work in specialist and project tasks as well as in the operational business and gradually take responsibility. A personal mentor or mentor accompanies you on your way.
