Self-employed, timely encoding of medical and other medical diagnoses, treatments, medications and nursing services, if necessary in consultation with the medical team Processing of requests from cost carriers and medical services Support for medical, nursing and therapeutic services in the optimization of documentation Create reports based on the Datawarehouse Group to the chief physicians and management Case testing for plausibility and completeness Optimization of coding and documentation quality

A completed three-year training for health and nursing staff or a comparable qualification Further training on clinical coding or DRG managers desirable Very good knowledge of the German coding guidelines and DRG casebook catalogue Knowledge in the area of KIS (hospital information system), ideally ORBIS Secure application of MS Office standard software Team-oriented and decision-making Strong communication capability, with the joy of interprofessional exchange and a pronounced team capacity Reliability, sense of responsibility and initiative
