Preparation & Service: Pre- and Preparation of Food, Portioning, Output and Guest Care Billing & Warehouse: billing via cash register system, ordering, disposition, storage and provision of goods Leadership: Instruction and management of auxiliary staff Events: Planning and implementation of special and culinary actions Hygiene & Quality: Compliance with hygiene guidelines, HACCP and quality and environmental guidelines Workplace: ensuring cleanliness, functionality and order in the workplace

Your profile

Education: completed training as a cook Knowledge of food, hygiene and business principles Working method: independent, structured and service-oriented Competences: Creativity, Joy in Food, Team Spirit and Service Orientation Loadability: ready-to-use and stress resistance Organization: Overview and organizational capacity in hectic situations Knowledge of languages & Consciousness: good German knowledge as well as quality and environmental awareness
