Interfaces & Automations create: You develop interfaces and automations between our core systems, in particular Microsoft 365 and our specialist applications, reduce manual double work and ensure significant work facilitation. Secure development process: You are responsible for a structured and secure software development lifecycle with clear coding standards, code reviews, version management, separate development, test and productive environments as well as documented release processes. Accompanying low-code and AI applications: You evaluate applications that arise in the disciplines with low-code or AI tools, accompany their further development and translate them into a controlled, secure and long-term wartable state. Vulnerabilities & Dependencies: You take the vulnerability and dependency management for our own developments and make sure that technical and technical application documentation remains up-to-date and comprehensible. Support information security: In implementing and demonstrating relevant ISO-27001 controllers in the field of application development, you will ensure that security requirements are already taken into account in the development process. Professionally accompany audits: You are a professional contact person for issues of application development in internal and external audits and assists in the comprehensible documentation of our processes and controls.

Educational background: You have a degree in computer science, a training as a specialist in application development or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have at least three to five years of professional experience in application development and have already developed applications and accompanied in productive operation. Programming skills: You are sure to work with at least one modern programming language such as C#, .NET or Python and have knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Technical know-how: You have experience with relational databases, REST interfaces, Git and the containerized operation of applications, for example with Docker. Microsoft environment: You know Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ideally the Power Platform and can integrate these technologies into application and automation solutions. Information security: You bring knowledge from a standardised environment such as ISO 27001, TISAX or IT basic protection, or you are willing to acquire this quickly and practice-oriented. Working methods: You work structured, carefully and document-oriented, take responsibility for your applications and make technical topics mandatory. Communication: You can take requirements together with specialist areas, communicate technical issues in a comprehensible manner and work at the interface between IT and Business. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
