SAP BW Backend Consultant (m/w/d)

The ERP Business Unit is the Competence Center “Application 4.0” and has the task of accompanying the entire lifecycle process for one of Europe’s largest SAP programs. This area also includes the service-oriented SAP Business Intelligence Team, which as a goal has to ensure uninterrupted operation by professional application management. For the Business Intelligence Team we are looking for an SAP BW/BI Backend consultant.

Ensuring smooth operation of SAP BW/4HANA, including monitoring of loadings and performance optimization

Analysis and troubleshooting of complex disorders and problems in the SAP BW environment

Development of the SAP BW/4HANA landscape, including data modeling and optimization of data flows by creating or customizing ABAP or AMDP (SQL Script) Code

Advising the Bundeswehr in the preparation and optimization of reporting requirements

Creating and expanding documentation and best practices to ensure a stable and resilient operation of the system landscape

Completed subject-related university studies or comparable with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience Experience with the operation of SAP BW systems, ideally SAP BW 4/HANA as well as in programming and debugging with ABAP or AMDP or the like for database application development Experience in the development of reports and analyses with SAP BW First experiences with CDS Views and SAP FIORI desirable Teamability, analytical thinking and a high customer orientation complete your profile German language skills in word and writing
