HR-Controller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of the personal controlling, among others for the optimization of personnel and personnel cost planning, the definition and implementation of the standard reports based on KPIs and the execution of deviation analyses between nominal and actual numbers. You support the management, the educational departments and the financial department in regular reporting processes (annual accounts, annual reports, etc.), create forecasts and statistics as well as ad-hoc analyses. You shall draw up applications for funding and evidence of use in due time, if appropriate in consultation with external partners, and shall ensure that applications for funding and authorisations for personnel planning are taken into account. You develop the HR system landscape and tools in cooperation with external consultants and service providers. You contribute to the further development of QM processes of payroll accounting and voting processes with the financial department. You take over the management and coordination of personnel projects, developing and implementing innovative strategies to increase the efficiency and satisfaction of employees. You capture and structure HR processes in detail and create attractive presentations to convey complex information clearly and convincingly.

You have a successfully completed degree (Uni/FH/DH) in the field of economics or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded relevant professional experience. You possess pronounced analytical skills, work structured and carefully. You have a high IT affinity. You communicate very well, are solution-oriented and think in processes. You master the MS Office programs, especially Excel, very well.
