Support for administrative, organisational or project-related tasks Ensuring the technical order and the perfect overall condition of the office complex and ensuring the maintenance services contractually agreed with our customer Control procedures in the building for checking the technical installations and reporting of identified defects Implementation of small repairs and support of service technicians in maintenance and repair jobs

Technical training - recognized in Germany - as e.g. electronics, electricians, energy plant electronics, electro-installer, plant mechanic HKLS, industrial mechanic, mechatronics, mechatronics for refrigeration technology Ideally with multiannual professional experience, but also professionals with training ambitions are welcome! Customer-oriented, dedicated service provider, for which team skills and reliability are of course Ideally IT affinity in digital technologies such as MS Office at least in level B2 and driving licence class B
