REQUIREMENTS

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process at the Spremberg site - from the job advertisement or Direct address of candidates about the screening of applications, conducting interviews until consulting our hiring managers on the “perfect match” Proactive communication with applicants during the entire recruiting process Creation and extension of target-group-specific and market-oriented search strategies as well as close cooperation with personnel brokers and other external partners Feeling for recruiting trends and knowledge in the further development of recruiting processes Supporting the organisation and participation in job fairs and other events Participation in and active revision of internal processes, key user for myHR module Recruiting Talent management through care and expansion of our talent pool in the MyHR Production of Recruiting Reports Administration and coordination of the hirer's work at the Spremberg site Support of staff representatives at Trostberg and Gelsenkirchen site in all relevant topics of recruiting Working in (inter)national HR projects in the Recruiting & Onboarding area

PROFIL You have a commercial training with adequate work experience in HR recruiting (adaptation also possible from the fields of personnel service, active sourcing or personnel consulting) You are a good networker across all hierarchy levels, and have fun using recruiting instruments You have extensive experience in personnel selection and assessment, knowledge of various interview techniques and recruiting instruments in social media You own initiative, empathy, a structured way of working and openness for new topics They have a fast understanding, a high level of service and a very good communication and consulting ability in German as well as good language skills in English They have a good sense of recruiting trends and knowledge in the further development of recruiting processes and standards Very good MS Office knowledge and experience in handling SAP SuccessFactors complete their profile
