Process management: preparation, analysis and continuous development of operational processes in railway undertakings (EVU) for the successful renewal of the safety certificate in Q3/2028 Documentation: Support for the railway manager in the preparation, revision and maintenance of instructions, directives, yellow pages and other operational documentation Security Management: Participation in the development of the safety management system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Optimization: Identification and implementation of optimization potentials and active participation of efficient and practical operations Cooperation: Close coordination with internal departments and support in the implementation of new or adapted processes in railway operations

Qualification: Complete training in the railway sector, for example as a railway operator (m/w/d) in the service, driver (m/w/d), driver (m/w/d) or dispatcher (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification or professional experience in the railway undertaking (EVU) Experience: practical experience in the production, documentation and further development of processes – ideally in railway operations or safety management of an EVU IT knowledge: safe handling of MS Office applications; Knowledge of ConSense is advantageous Structure: Analytical, structured and careful working methods, high quality awareness and self-responsibility Team spirit: communication strength, initiative and joy in working together across the range and developing processes sustainably
