Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für die ambuligen Pflegedienst

Your tasks:

• provision of basic and treatment care in the haemorrhage of our patients, such as showers or washes
• Health care
• Place and administer medicines
• Apply and remove compression stockings
• Compression associations
• Measurement of vital values
• Injections i.m. or s.c.
• Infusion therapy supply
• Promoting the self-determination and quality of life of our patients
• Consultation visits according to § 37, para. 3 SGB XI
• Care documentation and care planning

Your profile:

• The foundation of your professional career is a completed training as a nurse (m/w/d)
• You have expertise in the care and care of older people
• They work solution- and patient-oriented
• They are a team player, have high social competence, empathy and commitment
• They are characterized by reliability
• You have a driving licence class B
