Your tasks Project responsibility: You plan, tax and accompany projects in the banking environment - from initialization to controlling to successful completion. Take responsibility for quality and coordinate smaller teams. Structure and Organization: You develop and optimize project structures, manage schedule, resources and budget planning and ensure compliance with standards. Controlling and reporting: You carry out controlling tasks, create status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders and keep KPIs in mind. Communication: You are a contact person for customers and project teams, moderate meetings and ensure transparent communication. Process improvement: You work on the further development of PMO processes, tools and methods and assists presales activities if necessary. Mentoring: You pass on your knowledge to colleagues and support their development.

That's what you bring You have a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable training. You have several years of experience in project management or project management office and have already successfully accompanied or controlled projects (in the banking environment). You know classic and agile methods and work with tools like Jira, MS Project or Confluence. Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a high level of quality awareness characterize you. You are communicative, solution-oriented and can handle customers and stakeholders. Own initiative, organisational skills and the ability to coordinate smaller teams complete your profile. Certificates such as IPMA or Scrum Master are a plus. You bring very good knowledge of German and English.
