REQUIREMENTS Coordination of construction measures for new construction, renewal and extension projects in all phases of the project Quality assurance in the planning and execution phase and participation in release processes monitoring compliance with relevant rules and internal standards; derivation and implementation of measures in the event of deviations Date, cost and quality control incl. Risk management, follow-up and change management Preparation of reports and committee presentations and preparation of decision-relevant documents

PROFIL completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, utility technology/technical building equipment or comparable multiannual experience in building project management/project management on the building site or in the building contractor representation very good, practical knowledge in tendering, awarding and contracting routine in plan examination as well as cost and time controlling Experience in coordinated cooperation with interdisciplinary planning teams and external service providers Practice with digital tools and BIM confession of advantage readiness to project-related travel and on-site terminals
