You are studying at the Welfenakademie in Braunschweig in a dual course of study tailored to you, in which the phases of practice and theory are coordinated with one another in terms of time and content. At the Welfenakademie and at VWI you will be individually encouraged and seen to shape your studies as best as possible. In your phases of practice, you'll run through some of our departments and get to know exciting areas of activity at Volkswagen Immobilien, e.g. Accompanying the planning of construction measures, such as renovation, new construction or modernization projects Coordinating the interface between builders, construction site and construction authorities Support in financial planning, control and analysis Participation in the processing, mapping and monitoring of all cash and power flows Support for cost assessments, cost-effectiveness calculations Active participation in overarching Azubi projects, e.g. in the field of sustainability or marketing
