Your area of responsibility: Leadership, motivation and further development of assigned team members Planning and coordination of the tasks of the team Responsibility for performing the tasks of ICT support in compliance with technical and data protection regulations and ensuring user support Ensuring the functioning of ICT systems and implementing ICT standards and guidelines Continuous development and optimization of ICT system landscape and digital processes Coordination of various ICT projects and implementation of ICT strategy Planning and development of technological innovations

Best fit us with: a completed study of (economic) computer science or training in ICT

multiannual experience in ICT organization

first experiences in the areas of leadership, motivation and coaching of employees

analytical thinking and structured approach

a process and customer-oriented way of thinking

Team orientation and joy in independent work

very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, network technology and office products
