• Management support in the daily business
• Coordination and organisation of appointments, meetings and business trips
• Communication with internal and external partners
• General administrative activities and office organization
• Experience in accounting
• Deadline support

Take this with you:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Multiannual assistance experience, ideally in a leadership position
• Very good German and English skills
• Organizational design, discretion and reliability
• Secure handling of MS Office
