In this responsible position you take over the technical support of our objects, ensure their sustainable maintenance and accompany new construction and renovation projects. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Collection and maintenance of all master data on buildings and technical building equipment in the IT systems provided for this purpose Participation in the adaptation and conclusion of insurance for the objects and support in the regulation of possible damages Technical assistance up to the preparation of the contract and the conclusion of contracts for the fulfilment of the obligations of transport security and of maintenance, framework, HOAI, VOB, supply and other contracts necessary for real estate management Monitoring of scheduled maintenance and testing dates and their technical assistance Professional leadership of the masters and engineers, including the specification of work content, the issue of work instructions, the coordination of tasks, and the implementation of training and technical instruction Monitoring of the real estate, in particular with regard to the disposal and disposal facilities, energy consumption and the construction condition Preparation of the procurement of necessary repairs and maintenance measures by selecting appropriate specialist firms Quality control of services provided by specialist companies as well as masters and engineers Creation of project plans for the planning and implementation of investment and maintenance measures, including LAFIM Group facilities Identification of sustainable solutions in the fields of control, heating, ventilation, sanitary, lighting and building technology, as well as charging infrastructure and energy generation systems Coordination of cooperation with specialised planning offices, energy consultants, authorities and other external partners Assistance in the identification and use of funding and funding opportunities Disability management within the scope of warranty obligations Implementation of training courses in the field of object management as well as technical instruction of the masters and engineers Developing standards, for example in the areas of quality management, design descriptions and material selection Implementation of firefighting and related activities Planning, forecasting and plan-actual comparison of the investment and maintenance budget Information of the company on all important or extraordinary matters related to the supervised objects In this way, you contribute to maintaining our buildings economically, safely and sustainable.

You combine technical expertise with a pragmatic view for solutions and a high service orientation. You also have: a completed study in the field of engineering, energy and environmental engineering, utility or building technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally experience in property management as well as in building or real estate, experience in the planning, implementation and control of projects in technical building equipment, a good understanding of energy efficiency, technical building equipment and sustainable management of real estate, analytical thinking and the ability to understand technical facts, a structured and independent operation and organisational skills; Communication strength, team spirit and the ability to win various actors:inside for common goals, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in realising sustainable solutions, desirable knowledge in the areas of old age assistance, integration assistance or child and youth assistance, the willingness to carry along the Christian values of the Lafim-Diaconia.
