At Roland Berger's global corporate consultancy, the Group Tax Department offers interesting challenges and exceptional development opportunities in a strong team. You work on annual accounts and the creation of tax returns. You accompany projects in tax and coordinate cooperation with internal departments and external tax consultants. You work closely with our national and international corporations and prepare important coordinations with our management. You participate in the optimization of our tax processes. As part of our in-house tax team at the location in Berlin, the following tasks await you: Contact person for domestic and foreign corporations on issues of national and international tax law (Tax Advisory) Accompanying projects such as start-ups of companies, intra-group restructuring, M&A and (re-)funding with respect to Questions of national and international tax law (Tax Structuring) Monitoring and coordination of the fulfilment of foreign tax obligations of domestic corporations Tax support of national and international special projects Participation in the development of the Group-wide Tax Compliance Management System and Process Optimization

Completed economic or legal studies with a focus on taxes or comparable training Additional qualification as a tax adviser:in or lawyer or Legal candidate desirable At least six years of professional experience, mainly in the aforementioned areas Tax Advisory & Structuring, ideally in a tax consultancy company or in an international company Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with SAP as well as tax software (e.g. DefTax or GTC) desirable German and English skills Engaged and independent operation, accuracy and team capability
