Management Trainee Sales (m/f/d)

In the 24-month program, you take responsibility from day 1 in the following areas: 12 months district management: run a sales area independently and gain valuable insights into the regional sales management. 6 months Key Account Management in Berlin: Maintain a central customer and take responsibility in the daily business. 4 months in sales departments in Berlin: dive into category management or trade marketing. 2 months of international use: Collect international experience in one of our foreign companies (e.g. Sweden, Netherlands or Hungary). Alternatively, you can get to know a sales-related interface area at our headquarters in Berlin.

Complete university studies Sales-relevant practical experience in the FMCG or LEH sector (training, internships, work-studierenden Activity or the like) A high level of passion, readiness for performance and learning Individual initiative, flexibility and enforcement High reliability and a structured operation Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication strength and team spirit Very good German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) driving licence class B readiness to move within Germany for 12 months and then to Berlin for the further course of the trainee program
