Professional and disciplinary leadership of the group in the field of preventive fire and explosion protection at the Augsburg site within the IS-EG1-AUG department Takeover of the function of the local head of the authorised monitoring centre (ZÜS) Ensuring compliance and quality assurance of audits in the field of safety equipment and explosion protection Operational activity as an expert according to personal recognition in the relevant legal areas with approx. 50% working time Control of personnel use within the group and coordination with adjacent groups and department management for optimal resource use Technical support and further development of the associated experts including training and qualification planning Participation in internal and external audits, assessments and continuous development and compliance with the quality management system of the ZÜS Holistic support of customer-specific requirements

Multiannual professional experience as an expert in electrical and building technology with a focus on explosion protection plant safety Knowledge of the offer calculation and order processing (project and object business) Experience in project management Self-employed, analytical and targeted working methods and entrepreneurial thinking A strong desire to take over technical and disciplinary leadership Organisational design, loadability and reliability Safe and professional handling of standard software applications
