You serve and monitor a standard SMD line. You work on the SMD line with printer, SPI, pick-and-place and reflow. You're testing results with AOI, AXI, microscope and X-rays. You recognize quality deviations and distinguish real errors of pseudo errors. You evaluate soldering points, component positions and visible vulnerabilities. You document test results, errors and rework in the system. You carry out simple maintenance and cleaning work. You support process feedback to avoid errors and improve processes.

You have training in electronics or technical training with electronics. A recognised training from abroad can also fit. You bring good German knowledge, at least on B1 level. You have basic technical understanding and interest in automated production facilities. You can work carefully, focused and quality consciously. You bring fine motors, good vision and sense of responsibility. First experience in electronics production can be sufficient. SMT or SMD experience is strong but not always mandatory. IPC identifiers are helpful, but a valid certificate is not a must. Knowledge of selective soldering, wave soldering, steam phase soldering or press-in technology is positive points. SAP is not a must and can be learned as needed.

Content: 55,000 € to 65,000 € Basic salary according to IG Metall-Tarif, plus shift supplements, holiday and Christmas money. Working time: full time with 35-hour week, Monday to Friday in 2-shift operation without night shifts. Layers: You work in early or late layers. Participation in the shift classification is possible.
