V. is a social educational institution with a special group of young people aged 14 to 21 with psychosocial impairments. In a family atmosphere and rural, quiet environment, the establishment accompanies young people on their way to an independent life. The focus is on stability, individual promotion and an appreciation of one another.

You accompany young people in the everyday life of a stationary housing group and support them in everyday management You promote the personal development of young people and work on individual target agreements You accompany the young people on appointments and support them in organizational tasks You take documentation tasks and work closely together in the pedagogical team You support the care of the animals living in the house (e.g. sheep, goats, cats) as well as for tasks in the house and garden

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in working with young people in challenging life situations A Class B licence is mandatory You bring strength, responsibility and team skills You are ready to work in shiftwork You have ideally first experiences in the social field (e.g. through internships, FSJ or BuFDi) You are open to sexual diversity and respectful to young people Animal affinity and the willingness to assist in the supply of animals are desirable Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the possibility to take over to a permanent job. You can develop professionally in the field of stationary youth assistance and take over more responsibility in perspective. In the long term, you can offer a wide range of possibilities for development and further training in the social education sector.
