QM leadership – management of the Quality Management team at the Reinbek site and ensuring compliance as well as continuous development of our quality management system (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Koscher, Halal) Global QM – Implementation and Optimization of the Global Quality Management System at all company locations, including Indonesia, UAE and Switzerland Audit Management – Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal, customer and certification audits as well as deriving effective correction and prevention measures HACCP & Food Safety – Head of the cross-departmental HACCP team and continuous development of the existing HACCP concept Project Management – Control of multi-site projects to strengthen quality culture and optimize processes Sustainability – Support in implementing sustainability initiatives and ensuring strategic coordination with quality management and corporate objectives

Minimum qualifications Professional qualifications Complete studies in food chemistry, food technology or a related field Multiannual experience in quality management, ideally in a food industry production company Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, Koscher and relevant food requirements Experience in project management, especially in international and cross-sector teams Personal competencies Structured, analytical mode of operation and rapid understanding of complex facts High self-initiative, organisational skills, team skills and strong communication skills leadership experience both professional and disciplinary; Openness for new ideas and ability to work on new topics independently Language and IT skills Very good English skills in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Advantageous qualifications Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and BI dashboards of advantage
