Head of Accounting / Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Finance & Accounting You are responsible for financial accounting and the creation of monthly evaluations and annual accounts according to HGB in close cooperation with the tax office. You ensure and check compliance with legal requirements and release national and international invoices.

Contract and risk management You take over the contract and risk management: you check, design and manage contracts, monitor risks and establish practical compliance and governance structures.

Coordination & Interface Management In cooperation with Purchasing, Sales, Production and Management, you will ensure coordinated processes and smooth interfaces.

Team Building & Leadership You build a powerful commercial team, lead and develop employees and promote a performance and trust-based work culture.

Processes, Controlling & Project Controlling You optimize commercial processes, answer controlling and project controlling, develop meaningful key figures and reports and ensure project budgets, forecasts and deviation analyses.

Financial strategy You actively contribute to the financial strategy, plan liquidity, participate in financing strategies, accompany investor relations and manage funding management.

Support of management As a savings partner of the CFO, you act at eye level, relieve your daily business and introduce impulses for the strategic further development.

Education & experience: You have a completed business studies or a comparable commercial training – and bring at least 7–10 years of professional experience in the financial sector, including several years of senior management.

Professional strength & entrepreneurial thinking: You have sound knowledge of accounting (HGB), contracting, controlling, project controlling and risk management. Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and decision-making power

Analytical thinking & organizational talent: You work analytically and structured, are organisationally strong and have a strong sense of numbers, processes and priorities.

Knowledge: You have very good knowledge of German and English; Industry knowledge in technology-oriented or manufacturing companies is advantageous.
