Accounting and Auditing: Sighting Invoicing, Formally Checking, Compling with Orders/Consignments, Keeping Inspections; Questions with purchasing and financial accounting (FiBu) clarify Configuration and assignment: Assign property accounts and cost centers (distinguish initial vs. accounts), Identify professionally responsible persons, Vote deviations with purchasing/fiBu clarification and special cases: check cases of dunning and clarification, analyse causes, coordinate measures with FiBu/purchasing/fields, document results Subscription of order numbers: Identifying missing order numbers, researching the ERP system and the project status list and recapturing each position Communication and Documentation: Clearing questions independently, giving structured written feedback and documenting processes comprehensiblely Ad hoc evaluations: support simple evaluations on cost development (IT budget control operation vs. projects)
