IT Finance Manager in the Public Sector (m/w/d)

Together with the team, you will plan your IT budget annually, conduct regular forecasts every year and monitor the IT budget's IST stand. You are responsible for creating and regularly updating the cost and performance bill for all IT services. You take the creation of service tickets, the pricing of IT products and perform make-or-buy analyses. You are responsible for compiling monthly target/actual comparisons and regularly identify relevant IT key figures. You are the central contact person for all topics related to IT controlling. You bring your expertise into projects, process changes and system implementations and actively participate in their implementation.

Education: You have a completed degree in the field of business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification. Knowledge: You have basic IT skills in the fields of IT infrastructure and software development and ideally bring experience in project management and Microsoft Power BI. Finded Microsoft Office knowledge are of course for you, an ITIL certification is desirable. Working methods: You are characterized by a structured way of working as well as a pronounced number affinity, and you have a quick understanding to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible and holistic way. You recognize challenges early and find solution-oriented approaches to successfully master them. The creation of texts and presentations as well as the work with data inspire you. You are pleased to convey information clearly, precisely and target group-oriented. Softskills: You are communicative and your interaction with a variety of hierarchical levels is always professional and coordinated with the recipient. Language skills: You master the German language in word and writing at a state of negotiation and can express yourself clearly and convincingly.
