Engineer | Engineer for building and building technology (f/m/d) in the Office for Building Construction and Facility Management

The Office for Building and Building Management is responsible for the real estate of the district, such as administrative buildings, schools, sports halls and accommodation for refugees. The tasks include new construction, architectural entertainment and building management. The Haustechnik unit ensures the safe, trouble-free operation of the technical facilities in the rural district real estate and places a special focus on climate protection and sustainability in new acquisitions and modernization. We are looking for house technology and building technology as of 1st. July 2025 an engineer (w/m/d).

Operational security: You maintain and monitor the technical facilities of the properties of the district of Konstanz. Maintenance: You plan and coordinate measures relating to the technical building equipment (TGA) and heating ventilation sanitary climate (HLSK), electrical engineering and building control technology at schools, service buildings and accommodation. Optimization: Optimization of the TGA with regard to the Kima protection targets of the county. Project management: contractor function and project management with externally assigned measures incl. Contract management according to VOB and HOAI. Project management: planning, monitoring and ensuring appointments, costs and quality. Project implementation: execution planning, tendering, organisation, control and control of TGA measures.

Graduate degree in Higher Education (Dipl.-Ing. / Master) in the field of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or Comparative Qualification. Relevant professional experience, even in performance phases 5 to 8. Knowledge in procurement law according to VOB and in construction cost management and controlling. Safe occurrence, self-initative and communication skills. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Safe handling of current MS Office applications. Very good German knowledge. Driver's license and willingness to use your vehicle service (against refund).
