interest in civil engineering activities; a completed construction in the construction work is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Ideally at least 1 year experience as an excavator driver, cross beginners are trained specifically Ability to use construction equipment; ideally first experience in the operation of construction equipment, e.g. excavators, wheel loaders or similar machines Teamability, reliability and physical loadability German knowledge (first to good knowledge); Polish knowledge of advantage Ideally driving class B, additionally class C/CE of advantage Willingness to work on changing construction sites in the region of East Germany
