Your mission As Consultant Information Security Awareness (m/w/d), you are the key to strengthening the human factor in the cyber security strategy in the Deichmann Group. You are not only consultants, but also designers and motivators. With your expertise, you develop and implement tailor-made awareness programs that sustainably sharpen security awareness among our employees from different areas and thus make a decisive contribution to risk mitigation.

Your tasks in detail: Conception and strategy: You are responsible for the development of holistic and target-group-specific security awareness campaigns and strategies for all stakeholders of the Deichmann Group. Creative implementation: You create appealing and didactically valuable content in different formats, such as e-learning modules, newsletters, posters, videos, gamification approaches etc. Training and workshops: You plan and conduct interactive training, live hacking and workshops on topics such as DeepFake, Phishing, Social Engineering, Password Security and Privacy - both on site and virtual. Phishing and Fraud Simulations: You design, control and evaluate realistic attack simulations and guide action recommendations. Success measurement and reporting: You define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of awareness measures and launch meaningful reports for management. Consulting competency: You act as a central contact for our customers around the topic of safety culture and advises specialists and managers competently and convincingly. One Team: You provide support for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.) or Security Incidents.

Your Education: You have completed your studies, ideally in the fields (economic) informatics, psychology, communication sciences, or a comparable qualification with strong IT reference. Professional experience: You bring professional experience in the design and implementation of information security awareness measures. Expertise: You have profound knowledge of current cyber threats and common attack vectors (phishing, malware, social engineering, etc.). Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, BSI IT basic protection, etc.) are of advantage. Didactic abilities: You have a strong talent for making complex technical issues understandable, clear and target-group-oriented. Communication strength: You convince with excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English (in word and writing). Soft Skills: A high self-initiative, creativity, analytical thinking and a structured way of working distinguish you. You are a team player that leads projects to success independently.
