Responsible management and further development of the office in accordance with the corporate strategy Expansion of market shares in the asset, liabilities and commission business by active sales and qualified customer advice Ensuring consistent, high-quality advice and exercise of transferred competences, in particular in credit decisions Responsibility for achieving sales targets in line with customer needs Leadership, motivation and further development of employees and implementation of target agreements and development talks Planning, control and coordination of workflows and ensuring smooth operation Presentation of the Bank in the Region as well as care and development of customer and network relations Participation in projects, special tasks and strategic initiatives

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) to the bank business operator or a qualified bank business operator, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in banking with strong knowledge in the field of construction financing or in investment business Insufficient experience in the management of employees, ideally as a regional market or business manager Embossed sales orientation and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength as well as a secure and convincing appearance to customers, colleagues and business partners High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and decision-making
