In strategic purchasing, you build trusted partnerships with our suppliers and contractors, which guarantee a reliable supply of materials in a growing market environment. You work closely with our operational purchasing and the supply chain management team. We offer you the opportunity to introduce your strengths and actively shape our strategy.

Strategy: As a strategic buyer (m/w/d), you develop purchasing and supplier strategies to optimize procurement and implement it. Negotiation/Contract Management: The implementation of enquiries including comparisons of offers, independent contractual arrangements and completion of (framework) contracts with suppliers taking into account internal requirements is not a problem for you. Market analysis: You are testing procurement markets and market research by identifying new suppliers, opting for the supplier portfolio in Germany and abroad, contributing to the fact that we are at the heart of the market and pursuing an appropriate product group strategy. Duty planning: You are responsible for the determination of needs and short-term / long-term demand planning (incl. calls for tenders) and are responsible for budgeting in your area. Analysis: You are sure to create purchase-relevant evaluations and keep your KPIs in mind. Project work: In addition, you will participate in overarching projects at national and international level.

Qualification: You have a completed study of business or economic skills or a comparable training Experience: You have several years of professional experience and demonstrable successes in purchasing and brings sound knowledge in this area. IT skills: You master MS Office applications and have very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. Language knowledge: German and English skills in a reliable manner complete your profile. Soft Skills: High self-initiative, a hands-on mentality and pronounced communication skills Operation: discretion, reliability and good time and self-management complete you. Readiness to travel: You are open to travel in Germany and abroad.
