Your job as a cook (m/w/d):

• Preparation of food
• Disposition of goods
• Eating
• Cooking at the live cooking station in the restaurant (choke, grill etc)
• Pre- and preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Compliance with the HACCP guidelines in the kitchen
• Proper storage of all food and raw materials

Your profile as a cook (m/w/d):

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Experience in gastronomy or system gastronomy of advantage
• Organizational talent, team skills and creativity
• Enthusiasm for food and knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• Health certificate §43
• Vaccinations against tetanus, hepatitis A and B
