Helpers - Vehicle Construction and Maintenance (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a helper - Automotive Construction and Maintenance (m/w/d) in Wiedemar.

This is what your working day looks like:

• You carry out stand-up checks on your own – including battery tests, read-out of maintenance data and careful documentation of all information on the workshop order.
• You'll take over Pit-Stop activities on the vehicle, such as oil and tire change, as well as the replacement of lighting devices, mirror lenses and other small parts.
• You carry out delivery checks on new vehicles: paint control, film removal, air pressure adaptation and testing of the wheel fastenings according to specifications.
• You move vehicles safely on the premises and ensure smooth operations in the workshop.
• You work after checklists, document cleanly and actively contribute to quality assurance.

That's what you bring:

• First vehicle knowledge or experience as a workshop/aider – you know how to carry out simple maintenance and testing steps on the vehicle.
• Class B driving licence and safe driving practice – especially when moving different types of vehicles on the premises.
• Basic technical understanding for diagnosis, standchecks and the handling of tools such as torque wrench, battery tester & Readers.
• Careful, reliable operation so that checklists, delivery controls and workshop orders are documented in a clean manner.
• Willingness to work in two-shift operation and pleasure in varied activities around vehicles.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility so that you can quickly integrate yourself into the workshop business and can safely act in the daily business.
