Your duties From [for phone number see the original ad] we are looking for dedicated professionals (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time (30–40 hours/week) for educational support and support in stationary child and youth assistance in Dessau-Roßlau. They accompany a small group of children and young people aged 8-18 in acute crisis situations with empathy, clarity and professional border education, build sustainable relationships and support their individual development as well as a secure stabilization of everyday life. They work within a collegial team culture. • Pedagogical care, support and promotion of children and young people
• Designing a safe, structured and value-adding everyday life
• Support in crisis situations and support for stability and orientation
• Implementation and documentation of educational measures
• Active participation of the help plan process
• Close cooperation with the multi-professional team, the institution management and external bodies (e.g. youth office, schools, families, pre-openers and other network partners)

• Safe communication skills in word and writing and joy in self-responsible work
• High liability, empathy and patience, combined with a self-safe occurrence and enforcement capability
• Careful in creating and managing the necessary documentation
