Location: Eschweiler, NRW, DE Department: Human Resources Job Summary As part of this function, you act as a trusted savings partner (m/w/d) for executives at all levels in all personal and labour law issues. You actively shape change processes and support the German location in implementing a suitable HR strategy in line with the corporate objectives.

Proactive advice on organisational development, workforce planning, talent management and performance topics Holistic staff support along the entire Employee Life Cycle – from entry to exit Consultation and implementation of individual personnel measures taking into account working conditions Self-responsible recruitment of professionals and managers Initiation, management and support of HR projects and cross-departmental change processes Confidential and constructive cooperation with employee representation Ensuring professional, solution-oriented communication in co-determined topics Independent design, development and negotiation of operating arrangements in close coordination with the employee representation

Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources, economic law, business management or comparable qualifications At least 5 years of sound experience in operational and strategic personnel work Ideally experience in an internationally active, producing company Knowledge of individual and collective labour law sovereign handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable Embossed consulting skills and safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels High service and customer orientation combined with pragmatic, solution-oriented thinking Self-contained, structured and proactive working style with pronounced hands-on mentality Very good communication skills in German and English ( oral and written) Travel requirement: 5 % or up to 13 days per year
